The decision of the President and the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, to give Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the 9/11 mastermind, and other terrorist full American constitutional rights and try them in federal court in New York is the stupidist, most ill conceived, moranic, embicilic decision I have seen in a long time.

These people are not civilians to be tried in civilian courts, these people are soldiers in the armies of Al-Queda and the Taliban who would kill you by chopping off your head without a second thought. They need to be tried in a military tribunal which suits their status.

Just bringing them to New York could be very dangerous is itself. And, when you consider the cost of life long protection for the judge and possilby the jurors in the trials, now you’re talking some big bucks that should not be necessary to spend if they have military courts.

Please keep these people locked up outside the United States, we don’t need or want them in the U.S.
