Senate Approves Military Homosexaul Rights Bill

Gay ArmyThe Liberal Senate members are all giddy today about passage of the military homosexaul rights bill that allows homosexauls to serve openly in the military forces. Wow, as a former career military person I can only have some sympathy for the homosexaul person who wants to openly display his/her sexaul orientation in a combat unit. It wouldn’t be “pretty”. I have served with homosexaul people in the military, both men and women, but it was never an “ïn your face” kind of thing like this will be. My oh my this should be interesting to watch.

Since we have this homosexaul thing approved now, the next step is unisex living facilities. That is essentially what this bill does since it does not Pnk Rifledistinguish between men who are straight and men who are sexaully oriented to other men, it is equivalent to letting a woman in the men’s shower isn’t it? Except most of the straight men would like that.

Well, as usual, I am interested in your comments and I will post all comments that are on the subject, pro or con. Give it your best shot.

The Story of 2 Wolves

Two WolvesOne of the most powerful videos I have seen recently is the Two Wolves Video. It’s all about life choices.

I think after you watch the video, you will have a different vision in life. What are you feeding your mind?

GOP Could Have Won The Senate As Well

The GOP had great succes in winning the House, but it was very disapointing to me that they did not also take the Senate.

I was very concerned when Angle won the primary in Nevada because I didn’t think she could beat Reid, unfortunately, I was right. Also, the Republicans needed a stronger candidate in Delaware than O’Donnell, although initially, I thought she might have a chance, at least that was my hope. But with the Republicans dumping on her in addition to the Democrats, she didn’t have a chance. There were also some other races where bad choices were made but these two stand out for me. The Senate could have been Republican if the right choices had been made.

Now is the time to start building for 2012 and make the right choices this time. Here is a list of Senators up for election in 2012. Time to work on replacing the “D” Senators as well as the RINO’s. (Republicans In Name Only).

Daniel Akaka, Democratic Senator from Hawaii
Jeff Bingaman, Democratic Senator from New Mexico
Scott Brown, Republican Senator from Massachusetts
Sherrod Brown, Democratic Senator from Ohio
Joe Manchin [for Robert Byrd], Democratic Senator from West Virginia
Maria Cantwell, Democratic Senator from Washington
Benjamin Cardin, Democratic Senator from Maryland
Thomas Carper, Democratic Senator from Delaware
Robert Casey, Jr., Democratic Senator from Pennsylvania
Kent Conrad, Democratic Senator from North Dakota
Dianne Feinstein, Democratic Senator from California
Kirsten Gillibrand, Democratic Senator from New York
Amy Klobuchar, Democratic Senator from Minnesota
Herb Kohl, Democratic Senator from Wisconsin
Claire McCaskill, Democratic Senator from Missouri
Robert Menendez, Democratic Senator from New Jersey
Ben Nelson, Democratic Senator from Nebraska
Bill Nelson, Democratic Senator from Florida
Debbie Stabenow, Democratic Senator from Michigan
Jon Tester, Democratic Senator from Montana
Jim Webb, Democratic Senator from Virginia
Sheldon Whitehouse, Democratic Senator from Rhode Island
John Barrasso, Republican Senator from Wyoming
Bob Corker, Republican Senator from Tennessee
John Ensign, Republican Senator from Nevada
Orrin Hatch, Republican Senator from Utah
Kay Bailey Hutchison, Republican Senator from Texas
Jon Kyl, Republican Senator from Arizona
Richard Lugar, Republican Senator from Indiana
Olympia Snowe, Republican Senator from Maine
Roger Wicker, Republican Senator from Mississippi
Joseph Lieberman, Independent Senator from Connecticut
Bernard Sanders, Independent Senator from Vermont

Ok, now you know so lets go to work.

Hey You Hillary Fans

Hillaary2 Those of you who feel that Hillary should have won the nomination in 2008, now have the opportunity for 2012. Oh, I know it’s not popular to run against an incumbent president from your own party, but this will probably be her last shot for running because of age. With Obama so far down in the polls this is her chance.
Hillary1

After the November 2nd elections, she should resign as Secretary of State and announce that she is running for president in 2012 on the Democratic ticket. With that bold stroke, she will regain her base and a lot of the Obama supporters as well. Unless the economy turns around dramatically within the next year or so, Obama is toast no matter who runs against him.
The majority of the voters are also not happy campers about the way the Democrats in Congress and the President have rammed bills, like the health care bill, through Congress. Hillary wasn’t part of that since she was not in the Senate so that will be an advantage to her. Time to get your Hillary buttons and banners out and start the Presidential bandwagon rolling for Hillary.
Hillary3This is her last shot and she should go for it, don’t you think? What an opportunity for her – I just hope she’s bright enough to see it and run with it. I would certainly like to see an Obama/Hillary primary contest again, it would be fun to watch it over again knowing what we know now.

If nothing else, she could make some money out of it. I’m sure Obama would pay her quite a large sum not to run! Think about it.

P.S. I’m not a Hillary supporter. I don’t support anyone with a “D” behind their name and also some with an “R”, like McCain.
